When you create an account, we collect your email address and password. You may optionally provide a display name, country, date of birth, gender, interests, and a PayPal email for withdrawals. We also automatically collect information related to your use of the Platform, including IP address, task/survey completion history, and timestamps, for fraud prevention and service delivery.
When you complete a survey, the business that created it can see your responses along with your display name (or, if you haven't set one, a generic identifier — never your raw email address). We do not share your email, payment details, date of birth, or other account information with Clients.
We retain your account and activity data for as long as your account is active, and as needed to comply with legal, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations after account closure.
The Platform uses browser local storage to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies at this time.
You can view and update most of your profile information directly in your account settings. To request a copy of your data, request deletion of your account, or ask a question about how your data is used, contact us at [your contact email].
Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing and are never stored in plain text. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the Platform. No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.
Instuly is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from users under 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
Questions about this Privacy Policy can be directed to [your contact email].
