By creating an account or using Instuly (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, earn rewards, or receive payouts through Instuly. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You may not create more than one account, share your account with others, or use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the Platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
Instuly allows you to earn cash rewards by completing surveys, microtasks, paid-to-click (PTC) and paid-to-watch (PTW) offers, and other tasks made available through the Platform. Reward amounts, availability, and eligibility criteria (such as location, age, or interests) are set by Instuly or by the businesses and organizations offering the task, and may change at any time.
Some tasks may only be completed once per account. We use automated systems to detect and prevent fraudulent or duplicate activity, and we reserve the right to withhold or reverse rewards obtained through fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
Earned balances may be withdrawn once they meet the minimum payout threshold shown in the Platform. Payouts are processed to the PayPal (or other supported) account you provide. Processing times may vary. We reserve the right to delay, review, or decline a payout request if we suspect fraudulent activity, and to request additional information to verify your identity before releasing funds.
Organizations that submit tasks, surveys, or offers through the Platform ("Clients") are subject to a separate commission on completions, as disclosed to them at the time of offer creation. Clients are responsible for the content and legality of the tasks they submit, which are reviewed by Instuly before being made available to users but which Instuly does not independently verify for accuracy.
All content, branding, and software associated with Instuly are the property of Instuly or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Platform without permission.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Instuly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or at our discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
